Summer Adventures: Paris

With a few days off from work after my European work trip, I suggested to the fiance that we take a quick trip to Paris since it had been on my bucket list for ages. With about 2.5 days in the City of Lights, we barely scratched the surface of seeing the city. I'm already planning imaginary trips back to Paris and dreaming of croissants. 

The Sites: 

the Eiffel Tower | the view from the top | Parisian outdoor dining | the Louvre | Saint Ouens Flea Market (a large area for antiquing that I could have spent all day browsing through treasures)

Croissant Baking: 

These croissant photos are of actual croissants I made in an express croissant baking class (2 hours) at Cook'n in Paris. Informative, fun and hands-on, I hope I find myself trying to bake croissants in my own kitchen some day.
